I have stayed at many of the Holiday Expresses in the United States, but this by far is the worse. I was so upset about this place that right now I am setting at the hotel's computer and writing this review! We got to our room and there was two beds that looked to be single size and the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. I could not sleep at all in the bed, had neck and back pain and had to go out to our van. The check in clerk was not professional looking, had his shirt half way button. I would not recommend the accomadiations here, there are better choices. Small rooms, and I mean small-trust me!!! Don't stay here if you want a restful night!!! The cost of the hotel you could have went to Hampton Inn to get a better bed and room. This place is cheap, cheap, cheap! Not even a room clock! What they did in the area where our room is, they made it in a setting area in the hallway, instead of expanding the room out and make more room for the beds and bathrooms. Cheap hotel at a high price stay!

We just stayed here for the Easter 2010 weekend, and it was great! Located close to Universal with a shuttle bus pick up (which is not reliable on time -- but still a good perk to have). Family friendly atmosphere; free breakfast (including eggs and bacon); and an all around friendly staff make this an excellent value! We will definitely stay here again!

The staff was helpful, knowelable of the area, and very friendly. They couldnt do enough to make our stay any better. the room was clean and had a great view. the bed was the most comfortable bed i ever slept in a hotel. room was cleaned and stocked with clean towels (i mean real towel, not those ones that barely fit your hair) they even kept an extra set of towels in the bathroom for us. the outside of the hotel was clean and lit upwell. the pool was clean and taken care of, it was kinda small and only 3.5 deep but it would do well for the kids. the room was on the small size but we really only used it ti sleep and shower for the area we were in, to much other stuff to do. the location was great 5 min walk to universal, there was a drug store, gas station, and several good resturants all within walking distance. if your looking for a good hotel at a great price this is the place. i will be back next year and i will be staying here again.

after reading other reviews, yes the beds are very comfortable, staff friendly, rooms and areas clean. yes, the rooms are small but come on people, your in Orlando, get out and enjoy the sites, use the room as a bathroom and bedroom would use hotel again when on a whirlwind visit
